Each shiur will examine different sections of the first two gates, focusing on the steps of, and the experiences which stimulate, repentance. Part III: Pre-Mincha shiur Rosh Hashana Day 2, September 11- 6:15 PM High Holiday Shiur with Eitan Cooper Second day of Rosh Hashana, following Mincha at 7 PM Using our words: understanding the purpose of a verbal confession This shiur will transition us from Rosh Hashana to the rest of the Ten Days of Repentance, culminating in Yom Kippur, by exploring the significance of vidui - verbal confession - a central element of repentance and of the liturgy of Selichot and Yom Kippur.
