Kiddush & Seudat Shlishit Sponsor form

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER, EMAIL OFFICE@YIOZ.ORG TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE.

If you want to add to one of the kiddush options, the selection is below.
Enter the date on which you wish to sponsor. (If the date is already taken, you will be notified.)
Please submit sponsorships by Tuesday evening before the Shabbat you'd like to sponsor.
All packages have enough to feed the shul. If you plan to have many extra
guests for a simcha, or would like a package for kiddush/luncheon with wait
staff, please reach out to the office for assistance (office@yioz.org.)
All packages can be customized with add ons below.

Bronze Package - $700
Potato kugel, sweet noodle Kugel, pastries, crackers, drinks, paper goods

Silver Package - $1275
Meat cholent, vegetarian cholent, potato kugel, fruit, pastries, crackers, drinks, paper goods

Gold Package - $1900
Meat cholent, vegetarian cholent, panko/pretzel chicken, franks in blankets, potato kugel, sweet noodle kugel, gefilte fish, fruit, crudités, fancy pastry platters, crackers, drinks, paper goods
 
Each Seudah Shlishit option includes 18 challah rolls, paper goods, and soda.

Option 1 ($200) - 12" Fruit platter, tuna salad
Option 2 ($250) - 16" Fruit platter, tuna salad, egg salad, pasta salad
Option 3 ($385) - 16" Fruit platter, tuna salad, eggsalad, whitefish salad, gefilte fish, crudités, pastries
