We are excited to daven together in Ohel Yosef as a community. As we finalize numbers for seating, we ask that you please fill out the form below to confirm your attendance. 

• We remind the YIOZ community that all seats for immediate family members are included in family membership. Please pay any outstanding membership at this time, if you have not yet done so. 
• Extended family and all guests are always welcome, with a suggested donation of $250 per seat (or $150 per seat if only attending for Rosh Hashana or Yom Kippur, not both).

We ask ALL MEMBERS to inform us of your seating needs for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur by September 20th.
