Rabbinic Intern

Noah Marlowe is a fourth-year rabbinical student and masters candidate at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary and the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration, as well as pursuing a certificate in Mental Health Counseling at RIETS-Ferkauf. He completed his BA in Psychology at Yeshiva College, where he received the Professor David and Sarrah Mirsky Memorial Award for Exemplifying the University's Ideal of Torah U-maddah.  Noah is an alumnus of the Tikvah Fund's Beren Fellowship, AIPAC's Leffell Rabbinic Fellowship, 92 Street Y's Jewish Innovation Fellowship, and the Fuchs-Mizrachi Beit Midrash Fellowship.  In addition, Noah has written for The Lehrhaus, Tradition Online and Refuat ha-Nefesh. In addition to the YIOZ rabbinic internship, Noah will also serve as the inaugural Machon Siach Beit Midrash Fellow at SAR High School. Noah is very excited to join the YIOZ and SAR communities.  Outside the Beit Midrash and classroom, Noah can be found quoting the Office, tweeting, running, Daf Yomi-ing and drinking way too much coffee.

Youth Rabbinic Couple

Yair Lichtman is studying for Semikha at Yeshiva University, where he is also pursuing graduate studies in Bible, Jewish Education, and Mental Health Counseling. He teaches Gemara at Westchester Day School, and has previously taught formally and informally at schools, shuls, summer camps, and college campuses. He has previously worked as a youth director in Albany, New York, and West Hartford, Connecticut.
He is excited to join YIOZ as Youth Director together with his wife Sara, a native of Melbourne, Australia who is studying at Yeshiva University's Graduate Program in Advanced Talmudic Studies (GPATS).
